How often will I receive deals? +
It depends entirely on your buy box. Narrow criteria means fewer but more targeted matches. Broader criteria means more volume. We only send deals that actually fit — you won't get spammed.
What does the underwrite package include? +
Property address and details, photos, recent local comps, estimated ARV, rehab estimate, our assignment or contract price, and any relevant notes on the seller's situation or timeline.
Can I bring my own lender or title company? +
Absolutely. We're happy to work with your preferred lender and title partners. We also have vetted local title companies we can recommend if needed.
Do you do double closings or assignments? +
Both, depending on the deal structure and what your lender or title company requires. We're flexible and structure each deal cleanly.
